Monica Ryl

Monica is an individual with strong business and professional acumen. She has experience in executive-level support, team management, customer service and process improvement. Her education includes a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a concentration in Management, which she earned from Bryant University in 2011 with a 3.9 GPA, graduating Summa Cum Laude.

In her previous roles, Monica has provided executive-level support for over 8 years, managing a diverse administrative team with a focus on data driven results. She has been instrumental in managing complex projects, such as multi-million dollar equipment upgrades and business re-openings with strict deadlines. Monica has also demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing policies and procedures that meet national accreditation standards and has worked with a multidisciplinary team to employ rapidly evolving workflows during the pandemic.

Melesia Kasha

She is the founder of K2 Industries Corp, Land Management and the Managing Director of BIS CON, a consulting firm dedicated to providing personalized corporate and financial advisory services with a special focus on entrepreneurial ventures and new market entry and development.

Ms. Kasha has a double MBA degree in International Business with a specialization in Entrepreneurship from HEC/PUC Chile and a BComm with a specialization in Petroleum from the University of Calgary. She is fluent in English, Spanish, and French.

Ms. Kasha has led the structuring and execution of corporate finance projects in the oil & gas and infrastructure sectors with boutique investment banking firms in Colombia since 2011. She offers specialized expertise in hydrocarbons midstream, upstream, downstream, and oil & gas services. She is also an associate of Kapital Financial Services S.A.S., a Colombian company specialized in structuring corporate finance transactions.

Ms. Kasha was the past President and General Manager of Parex Resources Colombia Sucursal Ltda., where she was responsible for setting up the company’s operations in Colombia. Before joining Parex Resources, she worked with several public and private companies in the Canadian oil & gas industry, providing consulting services for acquisitions and divestitures, corporate structuring, ongoing management and administration of petroleum assets, as well as ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.

Alba Lucia Gomez
